A Remarkable Office Project in Shanghai Delivered by HTD
这次我们交付的,是一套典型的科技型企业办公空间设计装修项目。
 
从一开始,空间的核心目标就很明确:
不是单纯做“好看”,而是解决三个问题——品牌表达、沟通效率、空间灵活性。
 
整个空间围绕四个关键词展开:科技感 / 理性秩序 / 高效协同 / 适度人性化
在材料、动线、灯光以及功能分区上,全部服务于一个结果:
让空间真正为工作效率负责。

This project is a typical workspace upgrade for a technology-driven company.From the very beginning, the goal was clear:not just to create an aesthetically pleasing space, but to address three core aspects:
Brand expression
Communication efficiency
Spatial flexibilit
The entire workspace is built around four key principles:Technology-driven / Rational order / Efficient collaboration / Human-centered balance

Every decision—from materials and layout to lighting and zoning—serves one purpose:to create a space that truly supports productivity.


入口门厅:品牌的第一触点

Entrance Lobby: The First Impression of the Brand

门厅不是简单的前台,而是一个“品牌放大器”。
设计上做了三件事:
视觉统一:通过简洁的色彩体系+高质感材料(烤漆玻璃/金属/乳胶漆),形成干净有力的第一印象
空间留白:避免信息堆叠,让品牌表达更聚焦
动线清晰:进门后,人流自然分流至办公区或会议区
核心逻辑:让客户一进门,就知道这是一家“有体系、有标准”的公司。
 
The lobby is not just a reception area, but a brand amplifier.
Key design approaches:
Visual consistency: clean color palette combined with refined materials (paint, glass, metal)
Controlled minimalism: avoiding visual clutter to highlight brand identity
Clear circulation: intuitive flow guiding visitors to different functional zones

Core idea:Deliver a strong and structured brand impression at first glance.

开放办公区:效率优先的核心空间

Open Office Area: The Core of Productivity

面积:约370㎡|180个工位
这是整个项目最关键的部分。
设计不是围绕“密度”,而是围绕效率与舒适的平衡:
高密度但不压迫:通过合理排布与通道宽度控制,保证使用舒适性
地面材料统一(地毯/地胶):降低噪音,提升整体安静度
照明均匀:避免明暗不均带来的视觉疲劳
模块化工位:便于未来扩展或调整

核心逻辑:让员工在这里,可以长时间高效工作,而不是被空间消耗。

 
This is the most critical zone of the project.
The design focuses on balancing efficiency and comfort, rather than just density:
High density without pressure through optimized layout and circulation
Uniform flooring system (carpet) to reduce noise
Even lighting distribution to minimize visual fatigue
Modular workstation setup for future flexibility

Core idea:Enable employees to work efficiently for long periods without spatial stress.





会议与洽谈区:高频沟通承载空间

Meeting & Communication Areas: Spaces That Drive Decisions

会议区不只是“开会”,而是承载企业大量决策与信息流动的地方。
设计重点放在三个维度:
功能分级:小型讨论、中型会议、对外洽谈
声学控制:保证沟通私密性
设备友好:满足“随时接入、即开即用”的需求

核心逻辑:沟通效率,直接决定企业运转效率。

 
Meeting spaces are not just functional rooms—they are where decisions happen.
Design focuses on:
Functional hierarchy:Small discussion rooms、Medium meeting rooms、Client-facing meeting spaces
Acoustic control for privacy
Plug-and-play capability for seamless device usage

Core idea:Communication efficiency directly impacts business performance.







 

休闲与交流区:让沟通自然发生

Breakout & Collaboration Area: Where Ideas Flow Naturally

这个空间的作用,其实很关键——它承接的是非正式沟通。
设计思路:
弱化“办公感”,增强轻松氛围
家具灵活组合,支持不同交流方式
位置靠近办公区但不过度干扰

核心逻辑:很多有效的信息,不是在会议室产生的。

This area supports informal interaction, which is often overlooked but essential.
Design strategies:
Reduced “office feel”, creating a relaxed atmosphere
Flexible furniture arrangements for different interaction modes
Strategic location—close to work areas but without disruption

Core idea:Many valuable ideas emerge outside formal meeting rooms.


 







 这次项目,我们没有做过多“形式上的设计表达”,
而是把重点放在一件事上:让空间回归使用本质。
从进门的品牌感,到办公区的效率,再到沟通空间的协同能力,
每一个设计决策,最终都落在“是否更好用”。
 
In this project, we deliberately avoided excessive formal expression.
Instead, we focused on one essential goal:bringing the workspace back to its core function—serving people and performance.
From brand presence at the entrance,
to efficiency in the open office,
to collaboration in communication spaces,

every design decision ultimately answers one question:Does this make the space more usable?
